This was an old song that came about just prior to the formation of Dirty Water. Originally I had agreed with Street Anthem Records to make a record that sounded like this. Just a Nebraska rip-off of sorts but before I could deliver the album we formed Dirty Water and did that EP instead. This song eventually got torn apart, re-written and demoed over and over. Parts of it went on to be Hanging On from "Three Chords and the Truth" and parts of it went on to be Better Days from "Death or Jail" but this is where it started before I began breaking it up and fooling with it.
