I like the redacted, vowel-less name because Jeff Morris makes fun of me for it.
I got my digital 8 track in 2003 and I used it to make demos for Three Chords and the Truth, The War Back Home and Death or Jail but then I didn't use it for a long, long time. In the spring of 2006 I dusted the thing off and recorded demos for ..... well songs I'm still recording today. There were probably 100 songs made up in a straight shot and some songs have appeared on every release since Compulsive F**k Up through Dead End Streets and I still got dozens left.
Any way, enough story time. Whenever I use the recording equipment for the first time in a while I always record a cover song so I can re-learn how to use the equipment. This one was the warm up song for 2006. It was recorded live in one take with guitar and vocal. I may have doubled guitars after and added vocal parts.... I don't know. I haven't heard it in 7 years.
